THE PROCESS: YOUR FIRST SESSION
I get as much information as I can about you first. Your goals, habits, diet, mental patterns. We have conversation, and it's an opportunity to gain your trust and confidence. For your first session, we'll take your measurements and I'll take you through a full-body workout that will allow me to see your movement patterns and strength levels so we have a starting point. From there, I can figure out the best plan for you based on your goals!
