Often I get approached by people wondering why they're not seeing the change they want to see, whether it be dropping inches or building muscle. Not always, but many times, the issue is a lack of specificity, in their nutrition and training, or a lack of follow-through.
If you have physical goals, it's not going to happen by accident. It's not going to happen by guessing at it, or doing what you feel. And it's not going to happen quickly. Sorry.
